Who doesn’t need a little validation these days. You work hard, try to do the right thing and still there’s chaos all around. Markets crashing, jobs disappearing, banks and businesses collapsing… these are strange and unsettling times. Times like these seem to bring out the best or the worst in us. The media continues to sensationalize all that’s negative. Who couldn’t benefit from a kind word, a helpful gesture… thoughtfulness is contagious.

I thought it was fun… got to say it’s made me think a bit more the last week when I respond to friends and family.
